Weightless Private Coaching is a one-month, one-on-one experience where I’ll personally create your fat-loss and nutrition plan - built around your real life, not restriction.
You’ll get a personalised roadmap that blends the science of metabolism with your daily routines, preferences, and habits, so you can finally feel in control of your results without overhauling your entire life.

What I’ll Ask You
When you join, you’ll complete a short intake form so I can design your plan with precision and care. This is really important to me and to this process and I won’t create a plan for you unless you complete this component of the private coaching. This is what sets this Private Coaching apart from a ‘diet plan’ or ‘meal plan’ delivered without knowing you, your life, your lifestyle, and your personal goals and stories around food.
I’ll ask things like:
What are your top health or body goals right now?
What feels like it’s holding you back?
What does a normal day of eating look like?
What foods do you love and which do you avoid?
Are there any habits around food you feel guilty about?
What stories or beliefs about food would you be open to sharing?
(Like “cake is bad” or “I’ve blown my diet if I eat chocolate”)What emotional triggers or patterns do you notice with eating?
How’s your sleep, stress, and movement routine?
Have you ever experienced disordered eating? (Optional)
Would you like to track calories for a few days at the start of the month? (Optional)
Your answers become the blueprint for a plan that’s 100% yours.
